Today when I went to see Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, for the daily cooking quest she had Convention at the Legerdemain for us. I did this one on Wranngar, Gomorra and Brieanna. This one is getting old, it takes 12 pieces of Chilled Meat every day to do it on all 3, it is burning throug...
Today Marcia Chase (53,65), by the fountain in Dalaran, had The Ghostfish for our daily fishing quest. I did this one on Wranngar, Gomorra and Brieanna today. This is another easy one but a long trip, the longest of all the daily fishing quests. This one had me taking the flight path out to River's Heart in Sholazar Basin. Once there I flew up to my...
This last weekend during the Canthan New Year for Guild Wars I made it to multiple celestial summonings (where I got goody bags for our district feeding the beast things like half-digested boot consomme) and completed the festival quests on multiple characters (netting more goodies).? I tore apart countless fortunes in the hopes that one
This is just a concept, but I was thinking of making a weekly review of the past WoM content at the end of my posts, for people who may have missed what's been hot on the site from Monday - Saturday. What do you guys think of this idea? I think it'll give you all a concise way of seeing the weekly editorial direction of World of Ming, which is shif...

I feel myself becoming more interested in the world of e-sports daily now, and feel the need to write a blog showcasing some of my thoughts on the whole thing.?Its hard to think that 15 years ago pretty much all of what is discussed on this website didn't exist.? There were no major multilayer games, and there just wasn't any interest in competitiv...
If your like me, you may not post a lot, because well, your at work! It is already hard enough to not laugh your ass off and have people look at you funny while your in your office spitting cola across the room when you read some Nerdful Gladiator post, or Ming's latest bull**** post about how he?s getting carried to 2300 and how amazing he thinks ...
Another week of cold Michigan weather in the month of February.? I think it may be time for another weekend vacation eventually.? In the mean I have plenty of cool stories for your consumption, an incredibly hot Brazilian chick sent in by Darkeblue and some humor to wrap up the Drop.? ?? Sign me up.? I don't care if its De Niro sitting in a old fol...
This will probably be long. Sorry. So as I stated in my first blog I said I would share with you my vision of the perfect MMO, giving you a taste of my ideal crafting system.Today we shall touch on a more entertaining topic: PvP.First let's look back at the interview with Rob Pardo and the acclaimed Each guild that owns a castle can choose to inves...
It took a bit more work, but this past week we managed to get our RMP to 2600 and I have to say the damage/survivability ratio in live gear is almost perfect assuming you are playing with elite teammates.? When your mage deep freezes a druid kiting away from you while you are snared by his warrior's hamstring, mobility is not as big of an issue.? W...
I would like to enlighten you what true e-sport really is. After reading "The E-Sport: The next big thing in entertainment, or just a fad?" and some comments it is very clear that most of you have no idea what you are all talking about. Don't worry, I will fix you.I could write pages about how WoW is not an e-sport or how it will never will be one ...
So after the advice of some of my awesome guildies (so awesome they die to things like big black patches of shadows on the ground and can't seem to figure out blood queen air phase for the life of them :p) I have decided to post yet another blog into The Mighty Mind. So here is a update of what I have done since stopping blogging after the WSVG day...
SW:TOR will not make the 2011 fiscal year
You may have heard recently that SW:TOR was delayed until 2011, well just today news was released that it will be delayed even further into 2011. Looks like we won't be seeing SW:TOR until summer at the earliest next year.
While this is a disappointment to all of us
Given the way these things go, I'm probably way, way behind on this stuff. Fortunately I now spend too much time hanging out in the WoW.com chatroom where in addition to the lolcats, people post all manner of interesting things.
So it was that I learned the Discovery Channel had this delightful commercial with an incredibly

Halloa folks! Just a brief post from me today. Today, I?m appealing for your braaaaaaaaaaaains.
No no, I?m not trying to get you to come after me with pitchforks blazing and braziers sharpened (or something). Instead I?d like you pitch in your thoughts to a brainstorming session I?m running at the moment. I?m looking for all ***SECURITY FOOTER***...
