There's been a lot of talk about the planned raid changes in Cataclysm, with 10-man and 25-man raids sharing a lockout and rewarding identical loot. In general 10-man strict players love it. 25-man players usually don't like it but hardcore heroic mode players generally do like it. People who want to raid less love it.
